The Mindful Reconnect for ASN Parents is an 8 week self-paced course which introduces you to mindfulness as a tool to focus on your mentall and emotional wellbeing.

Caring for a child with additional support needs will feel like you're on a rollercoaster of emotions. Between caring for, supporting and advocating for your child you'll have the juggling act of all the other life responsibilities to manage.

I have a question for you...

When was the last time you created time in your schedule to focus on yourself?

If you are thinking you don't have time to...

Then this course is for you.

It brings you ways to mindfully look after your mental and emotional wellbeing specific to parent carers.

By creating time to focus on you with mindfulness techniques, you'll shift from the feeling of chronic stress to discovering how to create a calmer mental space.

This course offers weekly mindfulness practices to try at home so you can start to embrace mindful moments in your daily life.

Continue your practice and connect with other parents of children with additional support needs with the The Mindful Reconnect for ASN Parents Telegram group chat.

I will share mindful reminders and reflective prompts each week. You can use it as a space to share your experience and connect with other ASN Parents.

Ready to join the course?

I'm delighted to share it with you.
