The Mindful Reconnect is an 8 week self-paced course that introduces you to mindfulness as a tool to look after your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Caring for a child with additional support needs will feel like you're on a rollercoaster of emotions. Between caring for, supporting and advocating for your child you'll have the juggling act of all the other life responsibilities to manage.

That's why I designed this course especially for parent carers who are tired, stressed and want to feel more relaxed.

When you create time to prioritise your wellbeing, you'll shift from the feeling like you're on a downward spiral towards burnout.

Instead, start feeling lighter, create a calmer mental space and feel more motivated to look after yourself. Which means you'll have more energy, patience and feel a greater sense of connection with yourself and your child(ren).

Plus, you’ll have more energy to keep supporting and advocating for your child(ren) through the highs and the lows.
