When was the last time you gave yourself permission to rest as a mum?
I know what it's like to be so busy with thinking about what else you need to do for your kid and waking up feeling tired before the day has even started.
But what if you could experience a way to have time to yourself that doesn't need you to have mental or physical energy to think or do anything?
You've probably tried telling yourself you'll make time to relax after the kids go to bed but instead you start scrolling on your phone and before you know it it's midnight and you start thinking about your full schedule for tomorrow.
When I discovered yoga nidra before having kids I was amazed by how quickly I was able to relax and how much quieter my overactive mind was.
In the early postpartum period I regularly practiced yoga nidra to refresh my energy and help me feel more human when I was extremely sleep deprived.
All you need to do is lie down and listen to my voice guide you to a place of stillness and rest.
So whether you're pregnant, a mum with pre-school kids, your a school-run mum, or beyond this relaxing experience is for you.
It is often said that 30 minutes of yoga nidra meditation is equivalent to 2-4 hours of deep sleep!
That means you can reset your mind even if you've have a bad nights sleep.
You might feel guilty anytime you think about resting, but when you do move past the guilt it not only benefits you, it's good for your family too.
Because you'll be more patient, less reactive, and feel more present when spending time with them.
What other's say about their experience of my meditation sessions…
“It really silences the mind. Laying there in stillness allows you to get deep within the mind. I love that there isn't background music and it's simply your voice." - N
"Yoga Nidra helped me to reach instantaneous relaxation and completely switch off from the daily stresses of life. I often struggle to avoid distractions whilst practicing other forms of meditation but I found Yoga Nidra easy to fall into, and found the after effects much deeper than other forms of meditation. After the sessions, I felt as though I’d awoken from a deep sleep, with lots of energy, whilst at the same time feeling calm and relaxed, and without any grogginess." - E
When you're ready to let go of feeling guilty for resting and schedule self-care in your diary that's purely for you, book your spot (and if you want to join with a friend you can do so too!) below.
I'm looking forward to sharing this wonderful practice with you.
